Everyone wants to look as good as they can, and beauty products can help you present yourself in the best way.
You can apply online to be a product tester by registering with various consumer product testing companies. A few companies are American Consumer Panels, Influenster, PINCHme, and Swaggable. In most cases, testers are allowed to keep the products. And, sometimes, you will be paid an incentive — ranging from a $5 gift card to $45 per hour. The testers were on display in Shoppers Drug Mart, Sephora, The Body Shop and MAC Cosmetics. Each location had alcohol available to clean lipsticks and tissues to wipe down powders, but many.
But beauty products can be expensive.
For those of you penny pinchers who’d like to save some money and receive free makeup and cosmetics, becoming a product tester can be a great option.
There are a dozen or so cosmetic and beauty related panels backed by some of the major beauty product manufacturers and companies out there that will actually send you stuff for free to test.

Why do companies give you free beauty products to test?
The reason they do that is simple…
They want feedback from real consumers who actually use their products.
Your feedback helps them develop new products or come up with new and improved ones, ultimately helping their bottom line.
How To Become A Makeup Tester For Mac Os
So while it may seem like companies like L’Oréal are losing money by giving away free makeup and other health and beauty related products to product testers, they are actually making more money in the long run.
It is the exact reason why online survey sites that pay you for sharing your opinion.
Direct feedback from consumers is priceless for companies.

Sephora Product Testing
A lot of our readers have been asking us about Sephora (and Maybelline) and whether they have a product testing panel.
The answer is no!
Unfortunately, neither Sephora nor Maybelline have a product testing panel, at least none that I know of. If they do exist and you are a member of, please let us know in the comment section.
